Our Galvanizing Facility is equipped with state-of-the-art plant and machinery from LOI-Thermprocess Germany, updated regularly with the latest technologies. We maintain a strong technical collaboration agreement with the American Galvanizers Association (AGA) and are an active member.
All pre-galvanizing processes — de-greasing, pickling, rinsing, fluxing, drying, dipping, quenching, and de-oxidizing — are in accordance with company standards and BS EN ISO 1461:2022. We use LME-approved Special High-Grade Zinc with 99.995% purity for uncompromising quality.
The total production capacity of the plant is 6.2 MT/hour, operating 24 hours per day.
