LTL GALVANIZERS

LTL Galvanizers (Pvt) Limited, the foremost galvanizer and manufacturer of Steel Towers and Structures in Sri Lanka, began operations 1991, as an extension of the business activities of Sri Lanka’s renowned Engineering organization, LTL Holdings (Pvt) Limited.

Today this subsidiary of LTL Holdings, owns and operates ultra modern facilities for galvanizing, designing and fabrication of steel towers and structures and serves all major industries in Sri Lanka, including the power and telecommunication sectors and the ship repairing industry. The Company has served virtually every infrastructure project implemented in the country and has recently attracted several overseas clients as well.

The Hot Dip Galvanizing Plant is equipped with German machinery and technology and has a production capacity of 150 metric tons per day. The facility with two galvanizing baths is capable of galvanizing full length members of transmission line towers in a single dip operation.

The steel fabrication facility of the Company within the same premises, equipped with computer controlled precision equipment, supplies fabricated items for towers and structures to be used on major transmission line projects.

The factory also produces steel structures for communication towers, substation structures, pre-fabricated buildings, bridges, pre-engineered steel, railings etc. The Company’s internationally trained engineers, utilizing the latest state of the art software packages efficiently handle the designing and fabrication, to the maximum satisfaction of the clients.
